We have a consultant that looks after each country and speaks the native language. Our team of consultants speak over thirty languages therefore, our candidates never have an issue discussing any technical or specific details about our vacancies or learning.
Our head office and most of our consultants are now based in the UK. The consultants also regularly set up open days and project based bulk interviews within their specific countries where candidates can enjoy face-to-face contact and interaction if they feel it is more appropriate. Now Blu Global is primarily based in the UK, there is better interaction with our sister group company Bespoke Global Resourcing and our main clients.
Blu Global introduces most of its candidates to Bespoke Global Resourcing and Bespoke in turn secures the contracts for the candidates with its many extremely key and blue chip clients.
Blu Global has now successfully placed over 1500 Europeans into work in the UK, and plans to double this target in the next two years.
The founder of Blu Global is from the UK but has spent extensive time doing business and travelling within Europe including three years living in Portugal. Therefore we have the unique knowledge, experience and understanding of how each country works including the current economic situation and more importantly, how people within each country feel about working in the UK or a different country. Blu Global believe by understanding the cultural and economic differences between the UK and the different countries of Europe, we can provide that personalised service and experience to each potential candidate.
Over the years, Blu Global has extended and refined its services to both candidates and students. We now operate our intensive English courses in three countries and will be rolling this out to other countries throughout 2017.
